The Youth on Record team put together a civil unrest plan for the organization and the team, and after sharing this with a few community partners, we decided to share our process and plan with the larger community. Our Executive Director hosted an online conversation with respected members of local and national nonprofit communities along with friends in the nonprofit sector to have a conversation and walk through the YOR plan. During this online meeting, so many more resources were shared during our conversation. We believe that we are all in this together and the more we can share with each other, the stronger we will all be.
