Youth on Record Announces 4th Annual Music Matters March

Youth on Record has put together a jam-packed month with partners and music ambassadors to amplify a simple message: Music Matters.

“Youth on Record programs aim to equip young people with skills and strategies to
increase economic independence, teach positive coping skills, increase access to
mentorship, and improve motivation inside and outside of the classroom. We empower over 3,000 youth in 46 different zip codes across the Greater Denver Area. And because the youth we serve live in many different neighborhoods, Music Matters March is no different. Supporting all of our many Music Matters March partners all over Denver will continue to help our reach expand to include more incredible young people,” said Andrea Viarrial-Murphy, Director of Giving & Growing.

We have over 25 partners confirmed! Here are some of the confirmed partnerships supporting the work at Youth on Record (more to come):
● Tito's Handmade Vodka is going to match up to $2500 of what's raised through all of our Music Matters March partners.
● Odell Brewing will also be matching up to $2500.
● Denver Westword will be supporting with a $5000 media contribution
● At Dazzle Denver, ticket buyers can add donations to their tickets on the checkout page on their website.
● Empourium Brewing will be contributing 10% of of sales of "Peace, Love and Pale Ale" their Extra Pale Ale for the month of March.
● Nocturne Jazz is donating $1 for every cover charge or dinner and a show
reservation for March. Plus! You can donate with any pre-paid reservation in March.
● Illegal Pete’s will have music and drink specials at all of their Colorado locations.
● There will be live music at a variety of locations throughout the month of March
