Volunteer with Westword Music Showcase

We are looking for Volunteers!

Youth on Record is one of the Non Profit Partners for the Westword Music Showcase this year! What does that mean? We provide volunteers and they donate a % of the event to Youth on Record!

Please fill out this form and choose a shift!

A 3-4 hour shift = a FREE Ticket to the festival.

Westword will Provide the following:

• Volunteer Wristband (must be removed at conclusion of volunteer shift)
• Volunteer Lanyard (must be returned to supervisor at conclusion of volunteer shift)
• Volunteer T-Shirt (must be returned to supervisor at conclusion of volunteer shift)
• (1) GA Westword Music Showcase Ticket

Volunteer to Provide:

• Signed Volunteer Waiver and Liability Form (we will email this out)
• Valid license with 18 + age verification
• Comfortable/Closed toed walking shoes
• sunscreen/sun protective wear (sunglasses, hat, etc.)
• Food and snacks

At Volunteer Check in, we will collect the following:

• Your ID in exchange for your T-Shirt
• If you choose to pick up your Ticket early, you will need to give us your credit/debit card information. This ensures that you will show up for your shift. If you do not return for your shift you will be charged the Full Price for the day of the event
