Get Loud Radio Lounge episodes are hosted, engineered, edited, mixed, and mastered by a team of current and former YOR Podcast Production Interns, ranging from 18 to 25 years old. Youth on Record's podcast production internship pays young people to participate in a semester-long cohort where they learn how to produce high-quality audio stories, which you can hear in our monthly podcast Youth on Rewind.
